Welcome to Bake Club, Pirzad! Great to have another male baker on our books. We also know you are a fine cake decorator, so we look forward to seeing some of your creations!
Thanks for sharing your chocolate balls with us. Here's the recipe:
First make a chocolate cake
1/2 cup soft butter 1 cup sugar 2 eggs 1 1/4 cup all-purpose flour 4 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder 1 teaspoon baking powder
Ingredients for frosting 200 gm dark cooking chocolate 100 gm fresh cream
After the cake is baked mash the cake in a bowl. Heat 1/4 cup of water in another pan on the stove and add 2
spoons of sugar along with 2 spoons of cocoa. Keep stirring for 2 minutes and then mix the chocolate water with the cake.
With
a hand mixer blend in, and you will get a nice soft texture of the
cake. Add 300 gms of Walnuts. Make small balls and keep aside.
In
another pan melt the dark cooking chocolate with the fresh cream over
the stove. Cover the balls with the frosting and let is cool before you
can do some decoration on the top.
