It all started with our daughter wanting chocolate chip cookies. I decided to make healthy chocolate chip cookie bliss balls and found this easy recipe from Wholefood Simply. Then I decided to make my own recipes using different sweeteners, flavours and flours, but all still raw, whole, organic, sugar and gluten free.

Makes about 24
2 c rolled oats

Blitz the oats in a food processor (or coffee grinder) until it becomes a flour. Add the rest of the ingredients except the chocolate chips and blitz until fully combined and a ball starts to form. Add in the chocolate chips and pulse till combined or mix in by hand.
Roll into small balls and keep in fridge or freezer.
