Bliss balls are the easiest thing to make. Basically chuck everything in the food processor and blitz. To fancy them up you can coat them in melted chocolate. You can use anything you have available in your pantry and swap out different nuts, seeds and dried fruit and sweetener to create different versions. Here's another 3 versions here.

Peanut butter, makes about 30

1 c oats

1/2 c peanut butter

1/2 c dates

1/4 c toasted peanuts

Chocolate prune, makes about 30

1 c cashews

1 1/2 c prunes

1/4 c ground linseeds/flax seeds

1/4 c cacao powder

2 tsp cinnamon

1/4 c cranberries or goji berries, optional

Lemon, makes about 24

1 c sunflower seeds

1/2 c almonds

1 c desiccated coconut

zest and juice of 1 lemon

1/4 c maple or rice syrup

2 Tbsp melted coconut oil

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 c toasted desiccated coconut to coat
